• Order details: Recipient name, occasion, personal stories, and preferences you provide in the intake form
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create your custom song based on the details you provide
• To process payments and deliver your song
• To send you order updates and delivery notifications
• To provide customer support

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not use your order details for anything other than creating your song
• We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate SongStitched:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Website hosting
• Google: OAuth sign-in (optional)
• Resend: Transactional email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own orders and songs. All connections use HTTPS encryption.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data through your account dashboard
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Download your songs at any time from your dashboard
