Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver your custom song within 24 hours of payment. If your song has not been delivered within 7 days, you are automatically entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

Free Revision

Every order includes one free revision. If something isn't quite right — the tempo, the mood, the lyrics — let us know and we'll recraft your song at no extra cost.

Full Refund Guarantee

If you're not happy with your song after your revision, you can request a full refund directly from your song preview page. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
