1. Overview

SongStitched ("we," "us," "our") is a service operated by CampbellSoft Studios that creates custom, AI-generated songs based on details you provide. By using our website at songstitched.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. How It Works

You submit personal details about the song recipient and occasion through our intake form. We use AI music generation combined with human curation to craft a unique song. Songs are delivered digitally through your account dashboard and via email.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All songs created through SongStitched are generated using AI music generation technology. While we carefully craft prompts and curate results to ensure quality, the musical output is AI-generated. Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, AI-generated works may not be eligible for copyright registration. You receive a license to use your song for personal and commercial purposes, but full copyright ownership may not apply.

4. Pricing & Payment

Each custom song costs $20 USD, charged as a one-time payment through Stripe. Payment is collected after you complete the intake form and before we begin crafting your song.

5. Delivery & Turnaround

We aim to deliver your song within 24 hours of payment. If your song is not delivered within 7 days, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Revisions & Refunds

Each order includes one free revision. If you're not satisfied after your revision, you may request a full refund. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Your Content

The personal details you provide (names, stories, occasions) are used solely to create your song. We do not sell or share this information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

8. Song Usage Rights

Once delivered, you may use your song for personal enjoyment, gifts, social media, events, and other non-harmful purposes. You may share, play publicly, and post your song online. Songs are delivered with full commercial use rights for your personal and public use.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use SongStitched to create songs containing hate speech, threats, harassment, or content that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

SongStitched is provided "as is." Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order ($20). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
